Edit Member Profiles 👤🛠️
As an admin, you can fill in your members' profiles, e.g. their phone number or date of birth. This helps most when you added people in advance and complete their details later.
How to edit a profile
- Click the gear ⚙️ next to your community's name and open the Members tab.
- Click the pencil next to the person.
- Change the image (1), first name, last name and username (2) or other fields.
- Click Save changes (3).
What's in a profile?
Image, first name, last name, username, date of birth, two free text fields, about, phone numbers, social media profiles and address. The member list export contains the same details.
Can I edit every profile?
No. Each member decides which admins may edit their profile. They set this under Profile > Settings > Permissions. If there's no pencil next to someone, they haven't given you access. Ask them to allow it there.
