Which Plan Fits? 💼

Pro: for one community

Pro fits if you run a single community, like one team, one department or a small club. It includes up to 100 members, a shared calendar, group schedulers, chat and file storage.

Premium: for several communities

Premium fits if you run several teams, locations or departments under one subscription. Use the slider (4 in the image) to choose 2 to 30 communities. Members, group schedulers and storage grow with each tier. On top of that:

• Each community on its own: its own calendar, settings and admins.
• Everything in one place: the owner manages every community under one subscription.
• Member Matrix: move members between communities without them signing up again. Handy for a new season or a new department. More: Member Matrix 👤🔀

Enterprise: for large organizations

Enterprise fits if you need more than 30 communities or have special requirements. Members, communities and group schedulers are unlimited, and storage is set to fit. Examples

• A company with 4 locations: Premium with 5 communities, one per location and one for management.
• A club with 12 teams: Premium with 15 communities. The board is the owner, and the coaches are admins of their team.

How many communities are we using?

Under Profile > Subscription, Current Usage shows members, communities, group schedulers and storage against your limits. Need more or less? Switch tiers: Change Your Plan (Upgrade/Downgrade) 🔄

Good to know

• Only the owner can create more communities and manage the subscription.
• All communities on one subscription must belong to the same owner. If someone else owns a community, ownership can be transferred: Transfer Ownership 🤝🏻
