Free Trial 🧐
The free trial lets you test Gumb for 2 months at no cost, with every feature and no credit card. Nothing is charged or renewed afterwards.
How do I start the free trial?
- Open Profile > Subscription in the web app.
- Click Start Free Trial.
- Confirm with Test for free.
From now on, the top of the page shows when your trial ends. You can only start it in the web app, in a browser on your computer, tablet or phone. The iOS and Android apps can't start a trial.
What's included in the trial?
Every feature, just like a paid plan. The limits are up to 30 communities, 3,000 members, 600 group schedulers and 15 GB of storage. Current Usage shows how much of that you use.
Will I be charged when the trial ends?
No. The trial ends on its own, with no cost and nothing to cancel. Whether you pick a plan afterwards is up to you.
Can I subscribe during the trial?
Yes, with Choose plan. You keep the rest of your trial, and the paid subscription only starts when it ends. You pay at checkout: card payments right away, invoices within 30 days. How it works: Start Your Gumb Subscription 🚀
What happens after the trial?
If you don't pick a plan, your community's access ends. Your data stays saved, so you can continue later with a plan. If a community stays unused for a long time, we may delete its data. We'll email you before we do.
Can I delete our data right away?
Yes. Open your community > ⚙️ Settings > Other and click Delete Community. This removes all of that community's data and can't be undone. Only the owner can delete a community.
