Scheduler in the Gumb app with tasks below the events

In short

In Gumb, tasks such as helpers, equipment or rides sit right on the event. Members sign up themselves or are assigned, like on a volunteer sign-up sheet. Documents live on the event, under General documents for everyone or in group folders that only that group can see.

Tasks and files in the event

Every event has its own tabs for tasks and files. Group leaders attach files to their own group events themselves.

Tasks & documents FAQ

How do I create tasks?

In the community settings under “Tasks” you give the task a name and an icon. Then you activate it on the events where it is needed.

Can members sign up for tasks themselves?

Yes. Members sign up in the scheduler or in their profile under “My events”. Admins can also assign tasks directly.

Where do I store documents?

In three places: right on the event, under “General documents” for all members and in the group folders that only that group can see.

How big can a file be?

Up to 50 MB per file. How much storage you have in total depends on your subscription.

Can members upload files?

In the chat, yes. Owners, admins and group leaders upload to the folders and to events.

Do members pay anything?

No. Members never pay. The club or organization pays for the subscription, and members use Gumb for free.
