In short
Gumb is an app for corporate sports and company teams. Team captains plan after-work practices as recurring events and company runs and tournaments with their own event type, and players respond by the response deadline. Who plays at the tournament is marked with a star, carpools or jerseys become tasks, and every sport plans in its own group scheduler, across several sites too.

FAQ: the app for corporate sports
How do I put together the team for the company tournament?
Create the tournament as an event with a response deadline. Then you mark with the star who plays. If you want, Gumb reminds only the tournament team.
Can several sports plan separately?
Yes. Every sport gets its own group scheduler, and group events are only visible to its employees. People in several sports see all their events in one place.
How do I organize carpools to the company run?
Create a task such as “Carpool” and turn it on for the event. Employees sign up themselves, and everyone sees who drives.
Can employees from other sites join?
Yes. Every employee joins by link, whatever the site. Several independent communities per site come with the Premium plan.
Do practices show up in the work calendar?
Gumb syncs with Google Calendar, and Outlook and Apple Calendar get the events through an iCal link. The sync is one-way.
How do I see how well corporate sports are used?
Under Statistics you export the attendance report as an Excel file, filtered by period, event type and sport.
How do I start a corporate sports group with Gumb?
Create a group scheduler for the group, enter the practices as recurring events and send the invitation link to your colleagues. They create an account and respond by the response deadline.
How do I organize a company tournament with several teams?
Create the tournament as an event with its own event type, set a response deadline and mark the squad with the star. Rides, jerseys and catering become tasks on the event.
Which reports do I get on participation?
The statistics export the attendance report per person and event and the event calendar with response rate and additional guests, each as an Excel file. That shows who took part how often.
Can the team chat in Gumb instead of a WhatsApp group?
Yes. The team chats one to one or in chat rooms right in the app, included in every plan, and gets push notifications per event.
