Can’t change data for some members even though it works for others? This article shows you:

1. What the member must toggle so you— as an Admin—get editing rights.
2. How you then update the profile in seconds.

1. As a Member: Enable Admin Editing

1. Open your profile (click your avatar, top-left).
2. Go to Settings.
3. Turn on Allow admins to edit my profile.
4. Select your community/team from the dropdown.
5. Click Save.
6. Reload the page.

2. As an Admin: Edit the Profile

1. Navigate to Community » Settings.
2. Open the Members tab.
3. Find the member and click the 🖊️ icon.
4. Choose Edit Profile.
5. Make your changes and click Save.
