Payment form not appearing❓

Can’t see the form when you click “Pay”? Or you’ve paid but Gumb is still locked? Here’s how to fix it fast:




1. Unblock the payment form (ad blocker)
  1. Click your browser’s Adblock icon (top-right).
  2. Disable it or Allow on gumb.app.
  3. Reload the page (F5).
  4. Try the payment again.

Tip: Search “disable adblocker” for instructions on Chrome, Firefox or Safari.












2. Subscription not active despite payment
  • Are you the community owner?
    Only the owner account activates and manages the subscription.
    → Under My Communities, check who the owner is. (See more)
  • Need to transfer ownership or get a refund?
    Contact us via our support form or at support@gumb.app.
