Mobile push notifications
All members and employees are immediately informed about new or changed events via a push to their smartphones.

Time zone management
No matter in which country the member is located, the event time is recognized and automatically synchronized across countries. So nobody has to calculate the time zone anymore.

Quick, easy and secure registration and login with "Apple ID", "Facebook account" or "Google account".
The members of a community can be divided into groups (team, registry, squad, relay, cast, (age) class, ...) (one person can belong to more than one group). The availabilities, your acceptances and cancellations as well as comments can be seen by all participants at a glance. Each group can have one or more group leaders.
Export event as PDF
You can download every event as a PDF. At the push of a button you will get all appointment details, availabilities, who is permanently on duty, who is taking over which task, etc. Save time and forward it to the appropriate departments (e.g. board, management team, operations center, organizing committee, ...) or print it out and take it with you.
