How do I create an altar server rota?
Create the services as events and the server roles as tasks. Servers sign up themselves, or admins assign them. If someone drops out, you see the cancellation right away on the event.
How do parents respond for their child?
Every child needs their own account with their own email address. Parents log in to their child's account with the same credentials and respond for the session. Admins can create children's accounts in advance, and a shared family login is in progress.
How do I ask about allergies for camp?
In the settings under “Answers” you make a comment mandatory for the yes answer. That way young people or parents add allergies and notes right to the sign-up.
Where do I store the camp letter and packing list?
Right on the camp's event. Files can be up to 50 MB each.
How do I see how often each server served?
Under Statistics you export participation as an Excel file, filtered by period, event type and group. That way you share the roles fairly.
Can the youth group and altar servers plan separately?
Yes. Every group gets its own group scheduler. Anyone in both sees all their events in one place.
