Forgot password
Forgot your password or can't access your account?
No worries - you can reset it yourself anytime. We recommend using the web app on a PC or laptop, as the process is easiest and most straightforward there.
Important: Do you sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook?
If you've been signing in using the Apple, Google, or Facebook button, you don't have a separate Gumb password. In that case, you'll need to reset your password directly with Apple, Google, or Facebook - not through Gumb. Once you've done that, just sign back in using the corresponding button.
Reset your password - Web App (recommended)
The easiest way to reset your password is through the web app on a PC or laptop.
- Go to web.gumb.app
- Click "Forgot password" below the login field
- Enter your email address and confirm
- Open the email in your inbox - check your spam folder too
- Click the link in the email
- Set your new password and sign in

Note — Password managers:
If you use a password manager - e.g. iCloud Keychain (iPhone/Mac), Google Password Manager (Chrome/Android), or tools like 1Password - make sure no old password gets auto-filled on your first login after the reset. Use the eye icon in the password field to check what's actually being entered.
Reset your password - iOS App (iPhone / iPad)
- Open the Gumb app
- Tap "Forgot password" below the login field
- Enter your email address and confirm
- Open the email in your inbox - check your spam folder too
- Tap the link in the email - it will open in your browser
- Set your new password
- Go back to the app and sign in with your new password
Tip: If the app doesn't respond after the reset or shows an error: uninstall the app, restart your iPhone, reinstall the app, and sign in fresh.
Reset your password - Android App
- Open the Gumb app
- Tap "Forgot password" below the login field
- Enter your email address and confirm
- Open the email in your inbox - check your spam folder too
- Tap the link in the email - it will open in your browser
- Set your new password
- Go back to the app and sign in with your new password

Tip:
If the app doesn't respond after the reset: long-press the app icon → App Info → Storage → Clear Cache and Clear Data. Then sign in again.
Didn't receive an email?
- Check your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders
- Make sure you entered the correct email address - the same one you used to register with Gumb
- With some providers, emails can occasionally be delayed by several hours - this is on the email provider's end, not Gumb's
- If nothing arrives after 24 hours: try the process once more or contact Support directly
