Diese Partnerschaft zwischen SAFV und Gumb definiert die Verbandsorganisation und Teamkommunikation neu. Initiiert durch den [SAFV-Vorstand](https://www.safv.ch/verband/uber-uns/) unter Präsident Claudio Spescha und Sascha Gaveau, Leiter Nachwuchs, basiert die Zusammenarbeit auf der Bekanntheit von Gumb's Vorgängerversion, dem Teamplanbuch.

### About the Partnership 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

This partnership between SAFV and Gumb is setting new standards in association organization and team communication. It originated when the SAFV board, led by President Claudio Spescha and youth leader Sascha Gaveau, familiar with Gumb's predecessor, Teamplanbuch, recommended Gumb to Cedric Arnold, head of Player Development Flag, who had already successfully used Gumb for the "[Basel Spartans.](https://www.baselspartans.ch/)", recommends the use of Gumb to all Swiss American football teams. A direct conversation between Cedric and our CEO, [Dominik](https://www.linkedin.com/in/dominikfrei), quickly revealed that Gumb is ideally suited to grow alongside the expanding American Football community in Switzerland. Thus, the partnership was formed.
