The collaboration was initiated by **Stefan Lattemann** from the **[DIHL referee committee](https://www.dihl.de/staff-dihl)**, who already successfully uses Gumb with referees and league officials. The **[DIHV board](https://www.dihl.de/staff)**, under President **Sven Reutter**, was enthusiastic about the idea and supported the initiative.
