DPA under GDPR

Your data protection officer requires a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)? This is a legal requirement under Art. 28 GDPR whenever an external service provider processes personal data on behalf of your organisation. Gumb does this – and therefore provides a standard DPA.

Our standard DPA is based on the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/915) and includes all four annexes: Parties (I.A), description of processing (I.B), technical and organisational measures (TOMs, II), and the list of sub-processors (III).
